Price Guarantee

We beat any price any day in the entire state of Texas! That’s right! We only ask our competition to have the merchandise in stock and ready to ship and it must have the same factory and model number. That’s it! If you find within 30 days of purchase a lower price we will give you a refund of the difference plus 10% of that difference! You can buy with confidence knowing you didn’t pay too much and you’re getting the best deal!

Reselections, Cancellations, and Returns

We understand this is an important purchase for you and you did not make it lightly! We want you to enjoy your purchase for years to come. If you find that you are not satisfied, please call and speak to a store manager or assistant store manager about your concern. Our store management professionals are best able to work with you to come up with solutions that best fit your unique situation. The length of time since purchase and/or condition of merchandise may determine applicable restocking fee(s). All furniture comes with a full one year factory warranty against factory defects.

If you have paid by check, we will process a refund check after a 10 day waiting period. This return policy is void if the merchandise has been abused by the customer.

Special Order Merchandise

To place an order, you must apply a non-refundable down payment to your account. This down payment can be as much as 50% of the purchase price depending on the fabric and/or special needs requested. As a general rule, most bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, entertainment centers and recliners take 4 to 8 weeks to arrive. These delivery times are approximate, and are by no means a guaranteed time of arrival. We appreciate your patience while your order is being filled. Any appliance or electronic equipment generally takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Out of Stock Merchandise

On occasion, due to conditions beyond our control, some product may be out of stock. This may be due to a supplier’s shortage of raw materials, which will cause production delays. We make every effort to forecast demand, but our best efforts are sometimes incorrect. Therefore, we will expedite your shipment as soon as these items become available. For merchandise that has been advertised we will issue a “Rain Check” unless otherwise specified, to ensure your price and will call when merchandise is available. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Bedding

Give it time! Like a new pair of shoes your mattress and box spring must begin to conform to your body! Every person’s shapes and curves are different and you must allow time for your sleep system to adapt to your own shape! Please do yourself a favor by rotating your mattress each month for the first year and then once per season from then on! This will allow the materials time to “breathe” and wear more evenly! You will experience body impressions! This is normal and must occur just like your new shoe conforms to your foot! Without these small body impressions you wouldn’t be comfortable! Your new sleep system will give you deeper, more refreshing sleep!

Warehouse Pickups

When picking merchandise up at our distribution center the customer is responsible for tying down merchandise. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise once it leaves our facility. Customer is also responsible for returning merchandise for any reason. We strongly urge you to allow our professional delivery crew to stage, deliver, clean and install your new furniture right where you want it in your home. That way you’ll avoid the potential damage to your new furniture and we’ll take all the risk and hassle for you! Don’t try to save a few bucks and be disappointed!
